Fishing at Langwood Education Center
Fishing is a great activity for a moment alone or with the whole family.
Anglers will need to bring their fishing gear including poles, bait and tackle.
Anglers must follow Iowa fishing rules and have a valid Iowa fishing license. Bass limit is 15 inches.
Locations
Groups renting Langwood are welcome to fish both the Lower Pond - walk past the restroom and A-frame and continue down the hill and you will find the pond. The Upper Pond (Wetland Interpretive Trail site) is also available for fishing. It is the one you pass when you drive into Langwood. Note - the Upper Pond is open to the public whereas the lower pond is for groups renting Langwood.

Youth groups can inquire about borrowing fishing poles and tackle from Louisa County Conservation.
