The Fossil & Prairie Park Preserve contains mowed trails through the native prairie and wetland/pond areas.  Trails also run through the quarry and past the plant site of the Rockford Brick & Tile Company.

Locations

The Fossil & Prairie Park Preserve is located in the western portion of Floyd County, 1 mile west of Rockford on County Road B47 (215th Street).
