Wildcat Bluff Recreation Area


Wildcat Bluff Recreation Area reaches 860 feet above sea level rising from the 

Cedar River in northeastern Benton County. Covering 131 acres of beautiful timber, 

Wildcat Bluff Recreation Area provides the ultimate experience for campers, fishermen,

boaters, and nature explorers. Wildcat Bluff Recreation Area offers an open air shelter, 

pit restrooms, river access, and a playground.

 

This area is home to a challenging 21 Hole Disc-Golf Course, including long TeePads, 

short TeePads and a winter course. Visitors from all over the country travel to play on 

this course, which is currently ranked as #16 in the world! The course is open to hikers,

mushroom hunters, and leashed canine companions. This area is open to hunting 

September 15 - May 15 and is closed to non-hunting users during shotgun Season.
