Rental Contract Agreement

  1. The person responsible must be at least 18 years of age. No minors are to be left unattended.
  2. Please be courteous and notify the office if you are not going to use the campsite.
  3. If YOU decide to cancel, there is no refund. 
  4. Check in time is 3:00 PM.
  5. Check out time is 2:00 PM.
  6. The cutting of trees - dead or alive - is absolutely prohibited under any circumstance.
  7. All campers are expected to keep their campsite clean and in an orderly manner at all times. Do not put garbage in the fire rings.
  8. No keg beer or hard liquor is allowed in the campsites. 
  9. A small tent is allowed at the campsite for minor children only at no charge. Additional tent camping is available adjacent to the campsite, normal camping fees apply. 
  10. Guests must be out of the park by 10:30 PM.
  11. QUIET HOURS: 9:30 P.M. UNTIL 7 A.M.  Music and other noises must be kept down, so that other campers are not disturbed.
  12. Pets must be leashed, quiet & cleaned up after at all times. The Park Rangers reserve the right to remove any pet from the campsite should problems arise.
  13. Park Rangers are given the authority to refuse rental privileges and rescind any and all rental permits for cause.
  14. All rules and regulations of Black Hawk County Conservation Board facilities and parks are in effect.

Please contact the Black Hawk County Conservation Board as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Refund Policy

Should you decide to cancel, there are no refunds.

This site is a concrete pad, 34' x 22' with a sidewalk to the road & 30 amp electrical service available. It also has a fire ring & picnic table. There are nearby water hydrants & a dump station available for use. There is also a modern shower house & restrooms located in the campground.

Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 03:00 PM and check-out is before 02:00 PM.

Location This site is located near the shower house in the campground on the left hand side of the road. Sites are numbered on the electrical posts that correspond with the site.

A date change will be allowed ONE time only & can only be made by calling the Conservation Office at (319) 433-7275 and will be assessed a $25 administrative fee.
