Coffee and Conservation Series - Monarch Butterflies

Event Summary

Summer is a great time to get outdoors! There are many  different kinds of insects throughout the state and Coffee and Conservation will focus on two amazing insects honey bees and monarch butterflies.  During the program in June the group will get to learn all about honey bees and their astonishing life cycle.  In the month of August Coffee and Conservation will discuss the lengthy migration route of the monarch butterfly.   The program will take place at Gedney Bakery and Coffeehouse in Independence.  Please come a bit before to get your coffee and pastry orders in before the PowerPoint begins.
