Night at the Nature Center

Event Summary

Come to the Fontana Nature Center to see what is offered throughout the winter months.  There will be an opportunity to check out the inside displays, go for a night hike, talk around a fire, or borrow a pair of snowshoes (weather dependent).  A naturalist will be available to get out live animals, such as the ornate box turtle, tiger salamander, or water snake.  At 6:30 p.m. participants will have an opportunity to meet a live educational owl!  Sign-up is encouraged, but not required.  This is a come-and-go style event, so show up any time between 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.
