This recently built shelter makes a beautiful gathering space for birthday parties, family reunions, weddings and more. There are 8 very nice recycled plastic picnic tables including a handicap accesible table. There are plenty of outlets around the shelter to suit your needs. Nearby is a large natural playscape and playground area for the kids, and there is also a restroom showerhouse nearby. You'll be a short walk from hiking trails and ponds.

Location This facility is located at Twin Ponds Recreation area. It is home to the Twin Ponds Nature Center, fishing, hiking and the Wapsipinicon River. It is just Southwest of New Hampton and Southeast of Ionia.
