• If you contact us under 15 days, you will forfeit 100% of your reservation and not be allowed to reschedule.  
• If you contact us by the 15-day notice, a promotional code will be issued to use for your future online reservation.  You have one opportunity to reschedule within 12 months of the original reservation date with this code.
• Cancellations will not be allowed for extreme temperature changes (heat/cool) or inclement weather.
• Be sure to read the Facility Contract for details.
• Only the person who made the reservation can request and change/cancellation.

• This is an ADA accessible cabin.
• Sleeps a maximum of 6. Sleeping for 4 with bunk bed, futon (queen size bed).  Ample space for queen size air mattress.
• Heat and air conditioning, ceiling fan
• Dorm size refrigerator, microwave, table with chairs
• Large covered porch
• Picnic table and fire ring with grill outsite
• Water is available at a hydrant near each cabin.
• Modern shower facilities are located in the lower campground. This shower and restroom facility is open seasonally. There is a direct trail linking both campgrounds together.
• There are re-modeled odor free vault restrooms within 50 yards of the cabins.

SUPPLIES PROVIDED:

• Vacuum, broom and dustpan
• Cleaning supplies
• Trash can - Trash must be taken with you.

 RENTER WILL NEED TO BRING:

• Complete bedding with pillow, sheets, blankets and/or sleeping bags
• Cooking and eating utensils, soap, towels
• Food & beverage supplies
• All bath linens and toiletries
• Any radio, television or alarm clocks
• Lawn chairs
• Firewood (or purchase from park for $7/bundle)

FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME THE RESERVATION IS MADE.

TAXES:  A 5% statewide Hotel/Motel Consumer's Use Tax imposed on the rental of recreational cabins, plus a 7% Hamilton County hotel/motel tax for a total of 12% tax

Available for Rent  April 1 - November 30 

• Weekdays (Sun-Thurs)    $50/night plus $100 deposit
• Weekends (Fri-Sat)           $60/night plus $100 deposit
• Off-Season Rates -  April and November       $40/night plus $100 deposit
• Minimum of a two consecutive nights on weekends (Friday and Saturday)
• Three consecutive nights for holiday weekends.
• Cabin rental must be in the name of a person 21 years of age or older who will be present at the facility for the full term of the reservation

There are NO DISCOUNTS for youth groups, seniors or multiple reservations. 

CLEAN-UP/DAMAGE DEPOSIT REQUIRED:
This facility requires that an additional deposit check in the amount of $100.00 be mailed to the Conservation Office no later than two weeks prior to the event.  It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that this dep
