The Lodge
The Lodge, formerly known as the Iowa River Conservation Club or the "Boat Club", currently features a view of the Iowa River, a large kitchen, and event space with a four-seasons porch and fireplace. Tables and chairs are located on-site at no extra fee. Please see the Rental Agreement & Cleaning List below for more information on rules and conditions of renting the space.
Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 07:00 AM and check-out is before 02:00 AM.
Location The Lodge is located at 299 N. 7th St. Steamboat Rock, IA. The venue is positioned along the west side of the river and south of Pine Ridge Park.

Fees
Rental Fee: $3,000 (Friday or Saturday) with an additional $100 cleaning fee. 7:30AM - 12:00AM
Rental Fee: $1,500 (Weekday Sunday - Thursday) with an additional $100 cleaning fee. 7:30AM - 12:00AM
Bundle Fee: $6,500 (Full 3 Day with the use of Sac & Fox 1 night) with an additional $100 cleaning fee. 7:30AM Friday - 5:00PM Sunday
Security Deposit Fee: $1,500
A Deposit of $1,500 is due at signing of lease agreement. Payment is due in full 90 days prior to reservation. Please make checks payable to Hardin County Conservation.
Conference Room:
Rental Fee: $500 (1 Day) with an additional $50 cleaning fee and a $250 security deposit. 7:30AM - 5:00PM
Rental Fee: $250 (1/2 Day) with an additional $50 cleaning fee and a $250 security deposit. 7:30AM - 1:00PM
