Rental Rate: $130 on weekends(Friday and Saturday nights) and $65 on weeknights(Sunday-Thursday)
Host Site Fee: $4 per reservation. This is a charge per reservation applied by our hosting site Mycountyparks.com
Reservations: Reservation may be made up to two years in advance of your arrival date.*Two night minimum for weekends (Friday & Saturday), *Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance of arrival date.
I agree to be responsible for any damages done to HCCB property during our stay by ourselves or our guests. I agree the Board may apply an additional fee to completely or partially satisfy any damages caused by members of said group while using the facilities. Failure to clean up the facility and surrounding area may also result in additional charges and/or suspension of future rentals. I further agree to accept the responsibilities stated in the "Cabin Rental Policy" and to abide by all state, county, and HCCB rules and regulations. Failure to comply with any cabin or park rules may result in fines, forfeiture of fees, and suspension of park privileges.
Maximum Occupancy: Six (6) people
Alcohol Use: No kegged beer.
Smoking & pets are not allowed inside the cabin.
Cabins will be unlocked upon your arrival and access code with instructions and rules on the table.
Please consider this policy prior to purchasing your facility reservation. Cancellations or changes must be made 15 days in advance of the reservation.
SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL A RESERVATION, YOU WILL FORFEIT 100% OF ALL RESERVATION FEES PAID.
Cancellations cannot be done online and must be made by calling the Conservation Office at (515)-332-4087.
Please understand at the time of booking your reservation that you immediately prohibit other people from reserving & utilizing that facility - they therefore go elsewhere to locate a facility for that date.
However, if you need to change your reservation you have one opportunity to reschedule within 12 months.
