Celebrate the 56th Earth Day at the Hurstville Interpretive Center this year!

Earth Day is a great day to appreciate our planet, spend time with family and friends, and have some fun! Come to the Hurstville Interpretive Center between 4-7 and enjoy the many activities we have planned!

Festivities include:

  • The Tri-M food Truck!
  • Scavenger Hunts
  • Our Live Animals
  • Pick up a free tree (pre-ordered trees and free trees for the first 100 people)
  • Jackson County Energy District handing out trees!
  • Maquoketa Caves (Bat crafts)
  • Limestone Bluffs RC&D
  • Maquoketa River Watershed (Watershed model activity and scavenger hunt)
