Event Summary
Celebrate the 56th Earth Day at the Hurstville Interpretive Center this year!
Earth Day is a great day to appreciate our planet, spend time with family and friends, and have some fun! Come to the Hurstville Interpretive Center between 4-7 and enjoy the many activities we have planned!
Festivities include:
- The Tri-M food Truck!
- Scavenger Hunts
- Our Live Animals
- Pick up a free tree (pre-ordered trees and free trees for the first 100 people)
- Jackson County Energy District handing out trees!
- Maquoketa Caves (Bat crafts)
- Limestone Bluffs RC&D
- Maquoketa River Watershed (Watershed model activity and scavenger hunt)
- ISU Extension
- Maquoketa Women's Club (Insect watering dish and eggshell planters)
