Morning Flower Foray for Adults

Event Summary

Enjoy a peaceful, morning hike through the prairie at the Hurstville Interpretive Center on Saturday, July 25 at 10:00 AM.

Learn about the history of Iowa’s prairies and how to identify native flowers while you walk. 

Participants are encouraged to download the Seek app on their smart device to aid in the identification of prairie flowers.

This event is free and open to adults 18 and up. Registration is not required.

The trail is flat and about half a mile in length.
