The Morgan Creek Lodge is currently under construction. This will be an enclosed, year-round facility with a capacity of 250 people.

The lodge is scheduled to open late summer or early fall of 2026, and will open for reservations mid summer of 2026. 

The Morgan Creek Lodge will have a kitchen, restrooms, changing rooms, heating, and air conditioning. More information to come as the lodge is constructed.

Closures

Morgan Creek Lodge will be closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. 


Permits

Certain activities or items require that you request and obtain a special use permit from the Park Ranger in advance of your event. These include (but are not limited) to the following: horses (or horse activities), event tents, inflatable play equipment, hog roasts, carnival-type activities, etc. Please contact 319-892-6450 for additional information.

Beer Keg Permit - $25.00, can be selected at time of checkout or added later by calling 319-892-6450.
