Lodge - Pheasant Ridge (Morgan Creek Park)

Pheasant Ridge Lodge is currently under construction. This will be an enclosed, year-round facility with a capacity of 240 people.

The lodge is scheduled to open late summer or early fall of 2026, and will open for reservations mid summer of 2026. 

Pheasant Ridge Lodge will have a kitchen, restrooms, changing rooms, heating, and air conditioning. More information to come as the lodge is constructed. 

Cost:  $900 per day for Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays and $500 on weekdays. 


Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 07:00 AM and check-out is before 10:00 PM.

The Morgan Creek Lodge will feature chairs and round tables for up to 250 people. More information coming summer of 2026. 

Fees

$900/day Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays

$500/day Monday through Thursday

$4 processing fee per transaction

3 Consecutive Day Special Discount: A 15% discount is offered for reservations of three consecutive days. The user must check out by 3 p.m. on the third day. The discount is only available by phone, 319-892-6450, for purchasing a bundle of three consecutive days. The discount will not be applied as a refund for existing reservations or for adding one or two additional days to an existing reservation.

All orders are non-refundable.

Morgan Creek Lodge will be available for reservations 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily on a year-round basis.

Closures

Morgan Creek Lodge will be closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. 


Permits

Certain activities or items require that you request and obtain a special use permit from the Park Ranger in advance of your event. These include (but are not limited) to the following: horses (or horse activities), event tents, inflatable play equipment, hog roasts, carnival-type activities, etc. Please contact 319-892-6450 for additional information.

Beer Keg Permit - $25.00, can be selected at time of checkout or added later by calling 319-892-6450.
