Wild Edibles - Summer Edition

Event Summary

Saturday, July 12, 10-11:30 a.m.  

Come learn about the many wild edibles that grow in our area. We will focus on foraging basics, safety, identifying plants, ethical harvest, and preparing wild edible plants. Take a hike with the group to identify some of the summer wild edibles available during this time. At the end of the program, you will even get recipe ideas and a chance to sample some wild flavors.

Open to all ages. Cost $5.
