Special Use Permit - Beer or Wine: $50. Special use permits are required for groups wishing to have beer or wine at their event. Return the required form which can be downloaded below under Related Items.
All sales are final - refunds will NOT be given for cancellations. If a cancellation must be made, in case of severe weather, a "rain check" may be issued. The rain check must be used within 12-months of the issue date.
I agree to follow park rules as posted and understand failure to do so may result in eviction from the shelter/area along with future restrictions and additional fees.

I agree the Board may apply charges to satisfy any damage to its property caused by myself or my guests while using the facilities. I further agree to assume full responsibility for the acts, negligence or omissions of members of myself and my guests while using said area.
Proof of Insurance: Shelter renters who obtain special use permits for beer or wine must provide proof of insurance with a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage. These can be obtained from your homeowner or rental insurance by contacting the company.
