This is a full hook-up campsite with 20-30-50-amp electric, water, and sewer connection. The area also features a shower house with 4 family style restrooms for guests to utilize. 

Sites are reservable online at least 3-days prior to your stay. If you attempt to make a reservation less than 3-days in advance, the sites will all look unavailable on the online calendar. Sites that are not reserved in advance online are available on a first come, first served basis. Upon pulling into the campground, sites with an orange reservation card will mark unavailable sites. Guests may use the self-pay kiosk (cash or check) for available sites to pay on a nightly (or two-night if applicable) basis.

The occupancy limit is 14 consecutive days.

Moving between sites is not allowed unless approved by a Park Ranger.

A walking/bicycling trail is located on the west side of the campground. Campers can utilize this trail to access the rest of Deep Lakes Park. The cabins are approximately .5-miles away, and the main access with the swimming beach and fishing docks are right around 1-mile away. Campers are encouraged to bring a bicycle to explore the trail and access these areas if desired. Swimming is not allowed anywhere except for the beach and motorized vehicles are not allowed on the trail.

Sites 1-11 are back-in sites; Sites 12-21 are pull-through. 

Buddy Sites: Sites 13 & 14 and Sites 15 & 16 are buddy sites where it is easy for the two campers to face each other. They can be reserved together but don't have to be.

Access to the hiking/biking trail, a disc golf course (coming soon), swimming beach at the main access, and public fishing. There are docks at the main access on Lake Chester or shore fishing is allowed throughout in the park. Swimming is ONLY allowed in the designated Swimming Beach area near the main access.

Park hours 6:30AM - 10:30PM. Visitors must leave by 10:30PM.

Muscatine County
