Event Summary

Wiegert Prairie Farmstead is an old 1800's farmstead . The Wiegert farm is a historic pioneer era farmstead that never had electricity or running water and was farmed with horses. Stepping onto the farmstead is like stepping back in time 100 years. If you want to go even farther back in time, take one of the wagon tours of the 8,000 year-old remnant prairie.

Join us for the 42nd Wiegert Fall Festival, a day where you can come out and enjoy music and food that will bring you back to simpler times. We will have a variety of handmade craft vendors, demonstrations, live music from the Sandhill Kid, farmstead tours plus wagon rides through the virgin prairie!
