Event Summary
Looking for an excuse to get out of house, make some new friends, enjoy a good meal and learn about the exciting world of nature? Then join us! These programs are held the first Tuesday of each month. The program starts at 11 a.m. An optional luncheon, catered by the Radish, follows the program. The cost of the catered lunch is $9. Luncheon registration deadline is April 27. Lunch will be Lasagna.
Several visits to northeast Brazil, the Amazon, and the Pantanal wetland over the last 10 years have given Dr. Jim Pease an understanding of the incredible biodiversity of Brazil. Both economically and ecologically, Brazil is the 900 pound gorilla of South America. Dr. Jim Pease will explore some of this diversity in his presentation and speculate on its future.
No refunds will be given after the registration deadline, unless PCC needs to cancel or your spot can be filled by someone on our waiting list.
