Butterflies in Iowa & in Your Backyard persented by Stephanie Shepherd, IA DNR

We’ll start with an introduction to the 110 butterflies that call Iowa home then provide tips on creating butterfly habitat in your own backyard. With species such as the Monarch Butterfly in decline, every little bit of habitat helps!

Menu:  Baked potato bar (chili, broccoli, bacon bits, warm cheese, butter, sour cream, ham, salsa) and lemon bar

Registration for the optional meal is required by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 27, 2018
