Learn how to create two powerful, immunity-boosting tinctures: elderberry syrup and fire cider — and take home your very own homemade batches! You will discover how each ingredient supports the immune system and overall wellness while crafting your own batch of elderberry syrup using dried elderberries, warming spices, and raw honey. Then, create a personalized fire cider blend with apple cider vinegar, onion, garlic, ginger, horseradish, and other immune-boosting herbs. Whether you're new to herbalism or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop is a perfect way to reconnect with the healing power of plants.
