Event Summary

Join us for coffee and conversations about conservation! Each month features different topics related to Iowa’s natural history. This month in about Winter Tree ID. How can you identify trees in the winter when their leaves are gone? In this program, you’ll learn how to recognize trees by studying their twigs, bark, and buds. After the presentation, you’ll have the option to take a short hike and practice your new skills in the field. Refreshments are provided.
