Denning Conservation Area
260 acres donated to the Iowa DNR Wildlife Division by Conrad and Eleanor Denning. Denning Conservation Area is maintained by Lee County Conservation, and falls on both the north and south sides of 130th Street.

Features
The north side of the property features a growing restored native prairie and a 5.6 acre field of sunflowers great for photography in late summer and dove hunting in the fall.
The south side of the property features a historic barn dating back to 1880, a large playground, a shelter house, a half basketball court, and a walking trail.
