Split Rock Park


Split Rock Park is an 80-acre area and is the largest park in the Chickasaw County Conservation Board system.  A 7-acre man-made lake was constructed at the park in 1966 and provides quality fishing for Bluegill, Largemouth Bass, and Channel Catfish.  Some crappie are occasionally caught.

Split Rock Park is located 4 miles south and 1.5 miles west of Fredericksburg at 3090 Pembroke Ave.

7 acre lake, fishing jetty, concrete boat ramp, hiking trail, pit toilets, modern shower/restroom, 3 shelters, playground, sand volleyball court, swimming beach, historic stone building

Campground has 50 amp service

Camping rates are $12/day without electricity; $18/day with electricity

 A playground, volleyball area, and beach are located on the campground side.

Closures

Campground is closed November 1 to May 1 each year.

310th Street between Highway 63 and Split Rock Park is closed for the summer of 2021.  Use an alternate route if coming off Highway 63.
