Cedar Cabin includes a queen size bed with full bunk, a twin bed bunk, an apartment sized refrigerator, a porch, several amenities listed below, and showers/restrooms at the nearby shower house.
There are no water or facilities inside of this cabin.
Minimum 2 (two) night stay. $70.00/night plus processing fees.
Holiday weekends must be booked together.
Understand at the time of booking your reservation that you immediately prohibit other people from reserving and utilizing that facility.
Park Hours: 6 am - 10 pm
Available: Mid-April through end of October
Closed: Beginning of November through mid-April
Minimum two-night stay.
Minimum three-night stay on holiday weekends.

Rental Contract Agreement
By youragreement with these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you are 21 years old or older and that you are authorized to make the reservation on behalf of the group youhave listed. You further agree to assume full responsibility for the acts,negligence, or omissions of the members of your group while utilizing saidfacilities. Additionally,you agree that you have read and understand the cancellation and refundpolicies concerning this reservation. All Benton CountyConservation rules and regulations apply.
CHECK-INTIME: After 2:00 PM on day of arrival
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM day of departure
Any damage to facilities will result in appropriate additional fees.
FACILITY ENTRY
Park Ranger will change the code to the code you pick when you make your reservation.
FACILITY RULES
- Smoking is prohibited inside the facility
- No pets allowed inside the facility
- Park in designated parking areas only
- Keep facility and grounds clean and in anorderly manner
- Benton County Conservation is not responsiblefor lost or stolen items
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- All visitors must depart the area by parkclosing time (10:00 PM)
- Camping units are not allowed at the facilitysite
- Maximum stay of 14 consecutive nights
- Do not exceed maximum occupancy
- Removal or defacing of county owned property mayresult in legal action
- Benton County Conservation has the right torefuse service to anyone not adhering to park rules
- Benton County Conservation has a carry-in,carry-out policy. Renters need to remove all refuse and place in properreceptacles. If a receptacle is not provided, you must take refuse with you.
- Do not clean fish or game inside of the facility
- Facility contents must stay inside at all times
- Must follow checkout procedure for facility
CHECK OUT/CLEAN-UP
You are required to clean up the facility and grounds and return them to the condition you received them. Plan to have your facility cleaned and people departed prior to your scheduled checkout time. Renters are required to fulfill requirements specified on Checkout Sheet prior to departure. A cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged if the facility is not left in the condition you received it, as well as charges for any damages.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please consider this policy prior to purchasing your facilityreservation. Should you choose to cancela reservation, you will forfeit 100% of all reservation fees paid. Cancellations cannot be done online and must be made bycalling or emailing the BCC office at: 319-472-4942.
REFUNDS
Understand at the time of booking yourreservation that you immediately prohibit other people from reserving andutilizing that facility – they therefore go elsewhere to locate a facilityfor that date.If a facility reservation is cancelled by BCC due to a naturaldisaster or if the facility is unusable, a full refund will be issued to theperson that made the original reservation. A refundwill not be issued for unfavorable weather conditions.
