Event Summary

The Buena Vista County Conservation Board and The Sanford Museum are partnering to offer Astronomy Night.  Spend an evening under the moon and stars. The night will begin by identifying the constellations, followed by using telescopes to observe the moon and planets.  

The program will be held at Buena Vista County Conservation Park in the South Shelter Area on Friday, June 30th at 9:30 PM. Refreshments are provided. Feel free to bring a blanket and/or chairs to view the stars.

If you plan on attending, please let the naturalist know by Wednesday, June 28th by calling 712-295-7985.
