Cedar Hills Wildlife Area is a popular hunting area due to the variety of habitats within the area. It has well established prairies and a stand of Cedar trees. A creek runs through it as well making it a great location for hunting deer, pheasant, and turkey. A roughly maintained trail system is in the area allowing visitors access to the reconstructed prairie where you can find various wildflowers, ability to listen to the diverse population of songbirds and other wildlife. A food plot is typically planted in the area. This is a nice quiet place to enjoy nature or use as a hunting area during the respective seasons.
