The Fossil & Prairie Park Preserve is located 1 mile west of Rockford on County Road B47.

Operating Hours & Seasons
The Fossil & Prairie Park Preserve is open from sunrise to sunset.
The Fossil & Prairie Center is currently closed for the season. The Center will re-open on May 4, 2019 from 1-4 p.m.
