    Rental Contract Agreement

    • Reservations must be made 5 days prior to date.
    • The person responsible for the rental must be at least 21 years of age.
    • A damage deposit of $100 is due one week after your reservation is made. The deposit must be mailed to Floyd County Conservation P.O. Box 495 Rockford Iowa 50468. The deposit will be shredded if there are not issues with damages, clean up, late departure, and other rules & regulations are followed.
    • Check in time: 8 a.m.
    • Check out time: 10:30 p.m.
    • Renter will choose a 4 digit key code upon online reservation check-out.
    • Maximum number of occupants is 50 people.
    • Maximum length of stay is 14 consecutive nights.
    • Renters are responsible for fully cleaning the lodge before check-out
    • Non-registered guests must leave by 10:30 p.m.
    • Quiet hours are from 10:30 p.m. to 6 a.m.
    • No pets allowed in lodge.
    • No smoking allowed in lodge.
    • All trash must be placed outside curbside or taken with you.
    • Lodge furniture must stay in the lodge..
    • RV’s, pop-ups, 5th wheels and tents must use regular campground sites.
    • Temporary free-standing signs are allowed. Signs are not to be attached to furniture, sign posts, kiosks, or facilities.

    • Large groups over 50 individuals, will be charged a $5 per person per day fee. Fee is payable at Departure time.
    • All rules and regulations of the Floyd County Conservation Board are in effect. Failure to abide by rules may result in expulsion and forfeiture of all rental fees.
    • Floyd County Conservation Board reserves to right to enter the lodge in cases of maintenance and security issues.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you need to cancel a reservation, you will forfeit 100% of all reservation feeds paid.  All cancellations must be made by calling the Floyd Co. Conservation office at 641-756-3490.

    Refund Policy

    All reservations with Floyd Co. Conservation facilities are final.  Reservations are non-refundable unless the following situations occur:
    o Accident, serious injury, death in immediate family
    o The National Weather Service has issued severe weather and/or travel conditions.
    o We are unable to provide your facility in operable condition for the date you requested.
    o Military deployment

    A great place to host any type of family or friend gathering. The Directors Lodge is air conditioned/heated facility. It also contains tables and chairs (building capacity is 49) along with a sink, countertop space and a gas fireplace. 

    Large parking area close by. Sort walking distance to playgrounds and recreation area. 

    Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 08:00 AM and check-out is before 10:30 PM.

    Location When entering the park, proceed straight upon passing the entrance gate. The Directors Lodge parking loop is straight ahead on the right.

    The Director's Lodge has electricity containing 6 tables and 36 chairs, electric fireplace, and countertop with sink. 

    Fees

    Rental Fee is $100 per day.

    A damage deposit of $100 is due one week after making a reservation.  Checks can be made out to the "Floyd County Treasurer" and mailed to Floyd County Conservation P.O. Box 495 Rockford Iowa 50468.

    Check-in time: 8 am Check out time: 10:30 pm.
