A summer kitchen is available for use. This contains a stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave & tables/chairs.
A modern restroom/shower is available within walking distance from this cabin.
Rental fee is $50 per night. 2 night minimum - 3 night Holiday minimum (Memorial Day, 4th of July, & Labor Day)
A damage deposit of $100 is due two weeks prior to your stay. The deposit must be mailed to Floyd County Conservation P.O. Box 495 Rockford Iowa 50468.

• Reservations must be made 5 days prior to date.• 2 night minimum stay, Holidays 3 night stay (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas)• The person responsible for the rental must be at least 21 years of age. • A damage deposit of $100 is due two weeks prior to your stay. The deposit will be shredded if there are not issues with damages, clean up, late departure, and other rules & regulations are followed.• Check in time: 3 p.m.• Check out time: 12 p.m.• Renter will choose a 4 digit key code upon online reservation check-out.• Maximum number of occupants is 3 people.• Maximum length of stay is 14 consecutive nights.• Renters are responsible for fully cleaning the cabin before check-out• Non-registered guests must leave by 10:30 p.m.• Quiet hours are from 10:30 p.m. to 6 a.m.• No pets allowed in cabins• No smoking allowed in cabins.• All trash must be placed in the receptacle by the Learning Center or taken with you.• Cabin furniture must stay in the cabin.• RV’s, pop-ups, 5th wheels and tents must use regular campground sites.• Temporary free-standing signs are allowed. Signs are not to be attached to furniture, sign posts, kiosks, or facilities.
• Large groups over 50 individuals, will be charged a $5 per person per day fee. Fee is payable at Departure time.• All rules and regulations of the Floyd County Conservation Board are in effect. Failure to abide by rules may result in expulsion and forfeiture of all rental fees.• Floyd County Conservation Board reserves to right to enter the cabin in cases of maintenance and security issues.
