Milkweeds And Monarch Butterflies

Event Summary

If you enjoy observing Monarch Butterflies and want to learn how to provide garden, yard, or ditch habitat come join us. Our County Naturalist will explain how to plant and grow butterfly and pollinator gardens containing native milkweeds and wild flowers. We hope to have some cultivated milkweed plugs to hand out for those who attend. We hope to be able to plant some milkweed plugs outside the Conservation Office on the hillside nearby.
