This paved back-in site is approximately 85x14 ft with a 15x15 ft concrete pad adjacent.

All sites at Prairie Ridge Campground are equipped with full water/sewer/electric hookups.

All sites at Prairie Ridge Campground are reservable sites. If a site is not reserved, it is available on a first come, first serve basis by scanning the provided QR code on site. 

This campground is designed for self-contained units. There is no shower house available inside Prairie Ridge.

A camping unit is required. For Prairie Ridge campground, a camping unit is defined as a trailer or motor vehicle specifically designed for such use as a temporary residence in a campground. Sleeping tents, daytime tents with bottoms, or rugs will not be permitted anywhere in the campground.

Winter camping is available at this site weather permitting. Water will not be available November - April. No snow removal. Camping is not allowed during snowy and icy conditions. It is your responsibility to monitor winter weather conditions.


Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 03:00 PM and check-out is before 03:00 PM.

Location Prairie Ridge Campground is located on the southwest edge of Fairfield, on the East side of Jefferson County Park. The entrance to the campground is located on Key Blvd.

Hiking trails connect Prairie Ridge Campground to the rest of Jefferson County Park. There is no park road directly connecting the Campground to Jefferson County Park Drive. This campground is designed for self-contained units. There is no shower house available inside Prairie Ridge.

Fees

$30.00/night (plus $4.00 fee per transaction) 

Reservable sites require:

Weekends (Friday & Saturday) - 2 night minimum

Holiday weekends (Friday & Saturday plus the Holiday) - 3 night minimum
