Cabin Rental
Contract Agreement (Please read prior to making any reservations).
By your
agreement with these terms and conditions, you represent that you are 21 years
or older and that you are authorized to make the reservation on behalf of the
group you have listed. You further agree to assume full responsibility for the
acts, negligence or omissions of the members of your group while utilizing said
facilities.
Additionally, you agree that you have
read and understand the CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICIES concerning this
reservation and have also read and understand the FACILITY CONTRACT
information.
You are reserving a facility in an
Osceola County Conservation Board Park. ALL COUNTY PARK RULES AND STATE LAWS
ARE ENFORCED. Contact the administration office if you have any questions about
park rules, policies, or special requests.
Failure to
clean up the facility or surrounding area as outlined, or failure to comply
with park rules or state laws may result in enforcement action. Osceola County
Conservation Board may take any legal action necessary to recover damages to
county property.
CHECK-IN
TIME- After 3:00 PM on the day of arrival
CHECK-OUT
TIME- Before NOON (12:00 pm) on day of departure.
GETTING INTO
FACILITY-
To gain
access to your cabin key, please follow these directions:
Use the
four digit code you have provided and put it in the electronic keypad on
the cabin door.
GENERAL INFORMATION-
Violation of any state law or county regulation by any member of the rental
party is cause for revocation of the rental privilege and the entire party may
be required to leave the area.
Cabin
party consists of no more than 8 people.
All camping units and tents must be
placed in a campground on their own site. There are no tents or additional
camping units allowed by cabins.
No rental shall occupy any cabin for
more than 14 days. There is a two-night requirement on weekends and minimum 3
nights on holiday weekends.
PARKING- Parking is confined to
designated parking areas. There is room at the cabin for two (2) vehicles to
park. Overflow parking is available near the playground for additional
vehicles. No parking or driving off roadways.
PETS- Are not allowed inside of the
cabin and must be leashed when outdoors. The leash may be no longer than 6 feet
in length and may not be affixed to any Osceola County property or trees that
may cause damage.
Pets must be kept quiet and mannerly,
bag and trash ALL waste. NO pets allowed in restrooms/showers. Failure to
comply will result in request from Park Staff for removal of your pet from the
area.
CLEAN-UP- You are required to clean-up
the facility and grounds and return them to the condition you received them.
Plan to have your facility cleaned and people departed prior to the scheduled
NOON check-out time for cabins located at Willow Creek County Park. Grounds and
facility along with kitchenware must be washed and put away prior to the 12P.M.
departure.
GARBAGE- It is the renter’s
responsibility to remove all refuse from cabins upon departure. There are
dumpsters located near the maintenance buildings. DO NOT put garbage in
campfire rings.
FIREWOOD- Out of state firewood is
prohibited. Cabin renters may be required to provide a “proof of origin
certification” for firewood in their possession. Local firewood may be brought
in if within 30 mile radius of park.
BEER/WINE REQUIREMENTS- Keg beer and
liquor are prohibited in all OCCB areas and facilities.
VISITORS- All visitors (other than
registered overnight campers) must depart the park by 10:30 PM.
QUIET HOURS- All park users must avoid
excessive noise and maintain quiet hours of 10:30 pm- 7:00 am. “Excessive
Noise” means any loud, confused or senseless shouting or outcry; a sound
lacking in agreeable musical quality or which is noticeably unpleasant.
SMOKING- Osceola County is a
smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in all buildings.
Failure
to clean up the facility or surrounding area as outlined, or failure to comply
with park rules or state laws may result in enforcement action. Osceola County
Conservation may take any legal actions necessary to recover damages to county
property.
Refund Policy
All
reservations with Osceola County Conservation Board facilities are final.
Reservations are non-refundable, unless the following situations were to
occur:
We are
unable to provide your facility (or like facility) in operable condition
for the date of your event.
Accident,
serious injury or death of an immediate family member.
All requests
for refunds must be made by calling the Osceola County Conservation Board at
(712) 758-3709.
