Wunsch Memorial Park is a four acre park located within the city of Greene, Iowa. The area contains 10 electrical hook-ups with 20/30 amp service, a flush toilet facility, a boat ramp for canoes and light boats, and an open shelter house.  

The park also offer access to a variety of nearby recreational opportunities. The city swimming pool is right across the street, and the city park with a playground, lighted tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball court, and boat ramp is just a short distance away.

Operating Hours & Seasons

Butler County parks are open year around from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily.
Access to electrical service, restrooms, and running water is limited by seasonal changes.   

Closures

9/19/23: The restroom and water at this park are unavailable through the rest of the season. We are tearing down the old facility to make way for a new restroom and shower facility at the same site. Thanks for your patience as we continue to better your camping experience.
