This scenic 370-acre property, formerly home to the Winnebago Scout Reservation, offers a wide variety of natural features, recreational opportunities, and modern amenities.

Visitors can choose from modern or rustic campsites, primitive group camping areas, and seasonal or year-round cabin rentals. Lodges and picnic shelters are also available for family reunions, celebrations, meetings, and other gatherings.

Mature riverside woodlands and prairie habitats provide a home for many year-round and migratory wildlife species. The Shell Rock River borders the western edge of the park for approximately two miles, offering excellent fishing and a boat ramp for canoeing and kayaking enthusiasts.

A playground and the Beth Reinhart Recreation Center provide hours of entertainment for visitors of all ages. Three hiking trails wind throughout the park, offering excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing and exploring the natural surroundings. During the winter months, visitors can also enjoy designated cross-country skiing trails.
