Youth Outdoor Skills Day

Event Summary

Youth Outdoor Skills Day is an opportunity for youth ages 8-16 to learn new skills such as archery, fishing, kayaking, and shooting sports from knowledgeable instructors. Youth will have fun trying all 4 activities during the event.

All equipment and instruction will be provided. Parents/guardian may attend or drop off youth. Event will be from 1:00-4:00 PM.

Youth must be at least 8 years of age to attend. Cost is $5/youth.

The event will be held at the Hurstville Fishing Pond.The Hurstville Fishing Pond is located 1 mile north of Maquoketa on the west side of Highway 61, across the highway from the Hurstville Interpretive Center, off 63rd Street.
