Spring Birding Hike

Event Summary

May is a great time to see birds migrating through Iowa this spring! Many spring migrants will be around anywhere from all summer to just a few weeks! Learn about some of these small but mighty travelers, and help us record what birds utilize our parks on their long journey. This is great for beginners or experienced birders. 

We will meet at the parking lot off of 223rd Avenue on the east side of the park. Participants may bring their own binoculars, but we will have some to borrow as well. Please dress for the weather.
