Ease into the day and week with some light yoga movement and a relaxing, guided meditation. If weather permits, we will be outside at the tree house deck, but if not, class will be in the Buckles building. Please be prepared by dressing accordingly and bringing a yoga mat, blocks, blankets, and any other supports you may need. I look forward to seeing you all there!
