Turtles are a unique group of animals and have captivated
people of all ages. There are thirteen different species of these unique
reptiles found in Iowa. Come learn all about local turtles with the Buena Vista
County conservation Naturalist. Live turtles will be there too!
The program will be held on Thursday, June 20th
at 1:00 PM at Gabrielson Park Shelter House.
This program is free of charge.
Reservations are required for this event.
To register call the Conservation
Office at 712 – 295- 7985 by Tuesday, June 18th at 4:00 PM.
This program can be cancelled to due to inclement weather or
lack of sign ups.
