7/7/2023: Two Spaces Left in Camp!
Become a scientist for three days with the Butler County Conservation Board. We will use science experiments, wildlife monitoring techniques, and other tools to figure out the secrets nature is trying to hide from us. Water quality testing, soil sampling and testing, butterfly surveys, and much more will be a part of this camp for 5 to 7 year olds. Outdoor adventure is the name of the game.
We will meet at Heery Woods State Park – South on the first day, but we may use another park on other camp days (details will be available in the spring and included in the registration packet). The cost is $20 per child which includes daily snacks and all materials for camp. Campers are asked to bring a lunch and bring a refillable water bottle each day. Long pants are recommended as some activities will take place off the trails. Registration is required, and space is limited. We will begin taking registrations March 15, 2023.
