The Walnut pavilion is an open air facility with picnic tables, electricity, and access to water. It is an ideal facility for family reunions, company picnics, birthday parties and much more.

The Walnut Pavilion can only be reserved by calling the Dubuque County Conservation Board at 563.556.6745.

Location

Enter Swiss Valley Park from Swiss Valley Rd. once you cross the stream crossing the pavilion will be located on the south (right) side of the road.

Amenities

The Walnut pavillion is ideal for family picnics or any other gathering. There is plenty of space for the kids to run and there are nearby playground facilites and restrooms.

Fees

Daily Rental: $ 75.00

  • An additional $25 Clean-up deposit is also charged on the pavilion rental, Refundable if pavilion and grounds are left clean.

Hours of Operation & Seasons

Open 7:00 am - 10:30 pm during the months of April - November.

Closures

April - November Facilities must be cleaned and vacated by 10:30pm

Closed November - April.
