Monarch Butterfly Tagging

Event Summary

Join Johnson County Conservation staff for an afternoon of monarch fun and citizen science! The event will start with a brief family-friendly indoor presentation, and will be followed with plenty of outdoor time to collect and tag monarchs. Participants are encouraged to wear sturdy shoes and long pants, and to bring water and bug spray. This is a free event with no registration necessary.
