This summer Wickiup Hill has participated in the Cedar Rapids
Monarch Zone Project. We are again rearing and releasing monarchs.
Learn about the magic of the monarch butterfly migration
with a presentation about the multiple environmental factors
that have affected monarch populations during recent years.
Monarchs will be caught, tagged and released to continue their
journey to Mexico. Will your tagged monarch make it there?
Bring your cameras for this amazing experience. Cost: $2.50/
adult, $1/child (16 and under) or $5/family.
