The Redfield Dam area  is 88 acres of wildlife refuge located both up and down river from the low head dam on the the Middle Raccoon River.

It is a very popular place for all types of fish lovers, from humans to bald eagles, river otters, great blue herons, belted kingfishers and many others!

From Hwy. 6, take 1st St. north to a four-way stop with Thomas St.
Turn left (west) on Thomas St. and go west to the river. Bridge Street crosses the river.
