Gutz Prairie

Gutz Prairie, a 14-acre plot located on the northwest edge of North Twin Lake, is a well-established native prairie. It is one of the finest in the county! During its blooming season, the area presents a stunning sight for anyone passing by on the road, as well as for pedestrians and cyclists on the 7-mile bike trail that intersects it. Accessible via a covered bridge from Featherstone Memorial Park and Muddy Bay, this prairie is a must-see destination! When water levels are adequate, there is a fishing dock onto the lake from this prairie. When the water levels are sufficient, a fishing dock extends from this prairie out onto the lake. This is a must see destination if you are in the area!
